Episode 195: Karin Etarukot
Karin Etarukot is an international trainer, spiritual teacher, coach, and author with more than thirty years of experience accompanying individuals, leaders, and organizations in personal and professional development.
Throughout her career, she has worked with people from many different cultural, professional, and spiritual backgrounds. For thirteen years, she lived in Nairobi, Kenya, where she coached, trained, and collaborated with people from around the world. Today, she lives in Watamu on Kenya's Indian Ocean coast while continuing to work internationally, primarily online. She also spends part of each year in Germany, maintaining close connections with her family and her work in Europe.
Living in Africa has deeply influenced Karin's understanding of human development. The close relationship with nature, community, and the natural rhythms of life has enriched her perspective on what it means to grow organically and to live in harmony with ourselves and our environment.
Alongside her international coaching and training work, Karin is the founder of Organic Authentic Development (OAD), a maturation-based fundamental realignment in how we understand intentional personal development itself. She is also the author of "The 33 Gifts of Your Life."
