Episode 141: Scarlet Fannin
Scarlet Fannin is a vibrant soul — a spirit of life, an emissary, and what she likes to call a “mother tree.” She’s also a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with a deep focus on psychedelics. Born in Prince George’s County, Maryland, and raised mostly in Virginia, she proudly calls herself a Virginia girl, though she now calls Shepherdstown, West Virginia home.
In January 2021, Scarlet opened her private practice, Pathway to Mental Health, where she specializes in ketamine therapy. Passionate about healing and growth, she’s continued to dive deep into the world of psychedelics to support those who are ready to help themselves. I can personally attest to the value of a session with Scarlet. It will change your life.
Outside of her professional world, Scarlet has a wide range of personal interests — she loves to sing, hold sound ceremonies, spend time in the garden, and raise chickens. She shares life with her husband, Geoff Coleman, who’s also involved in psychedelic study. At home, they’re kept company by their two dogs — Tuco Sugarplum and Blondie Spice Girl — and their two cats, Pepé Le Pew and Taco.
